BALANCE IS THE KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS

Nothing gets you better equipped to help others transform their bodies and lives than a good balance of experience and knowledge, which I myself, have a lot of.

From martial-arts, marathons and semi-pro football to 100 mile a day ultra-distance cycling and the North American bodybuilding stage, I have never been one to settle for being a one-dimensional athlete.

I pride myself on my versatility when it comes to athletics and fitness and believe if you really want to transform your physique, you need to look to someone who has done it and done it well for themselves and others. Nothing gets you better equipped to help others transform their bodies and lives than a good balance of experience and knowledge.

I have gained valuable insight through a range of different training and conditioning styles which has led to me being successful in more than one area. Because of this, I have a deep understanding of what it takes to transform a person’s body & improve their quality of life.

I have been able to utilize this knowledge and vast experience, helping hundreds of men and women, of all ages, transform their lives, lose weight, build muscle or successfully compete in the highly competitive bodybuilding and fitness arena.

My team and I truly care about helping you get the results you want right out of the gate.

"I believe, in order to change your life, you need emotion. Emotion motivates you, it drives you, It's the energy or force behind your ability to achieve what you thought may have been unachievable at one time. Emotion comes from being fully immersed in an experience."

THE STORY

Life is tough and in order to not only survive, but thrive one must be strong and resilient enough to adapt to change.

A former firefighter, youth worker and with aspirations of playing Professional football in the CFL, at the young age of 22 the Autumn of 1993 brought devastating news for Chris. Chris was diagnosed with what Doctors believed at the time to be Leber’s optic neuropathy robbing him of his vision, leaving him legally blind (following more recent studies Chris’s vision loss has been determined to be from a result of concussions from playing football). Broke and unsure what the future would bring, in 1997 Chris developed the Chris Delaney “Vision Tour” which would have Chris with his support team behind him cycle across Canada raising funds to fight blindness. Thanks to the opening support of McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada, the Canadian Association of Broadcasters, Lions Clubs of Canada and Cadillac Fairview just to name a few, Chris completed the three-and-a-half month Expedition traveling 100 miles each day raising over $250,000 for the Retinitis Pigmentosa Foundation fighting blindness and had the opportunity to inspire Canadians across the country. Chris became a spokesperson for McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada, PowerBar and Gatorade.

Following his Cross Canada expedition Chris built a career as a Sr. Marketing and Fundraising executive raising millions in funds and awareness for a number of well recognized not-for-profit Children’s Charities including Variety – the Children’s Charity and Free The Children.
